Our goal is to resolve cases by the business day, for cases reported before 3pm. After that, cases will be resolved within 2 business days for onsite support. Our full onsite support is available for Elite subscriptions and are bundled with Rentalworks preloved devices. For Advanced and Essential subscriptions, we support by helping you coordinate with the device manufacturer’s onsite service team.
