  • Advanced: Additional services like escalated technical support, dedicated case management, and bi-annual preventive maintenance​
  • Elite: Comprehensive support with all Advanced services plus next business day onsite services, monthly preventive maintenance, and advanced deployment options​
  • Essential: Bundled with Rentalworks Leased Devices
  • Advanced: RM 10 per device per month​
  • Elite: RM 40 per device per month (Minimum 30 devices required to qualify)​
