The Tech Support Hub is a service provided by Rentalworks that offers expert technical support to optimize, repair, and maintain your devices, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Our skilled technicians are professionally trained and certified, ready to assist you whenever needed.
The Tech Support Hub offers three subscription plans: Essential, Advanced, and Elite. Services included in the table above.
- Essential: Basic support including device troubleshooting and level 1 software support.
- Advanced: Additional services like escalated technical support, dedicated case management, and bi-annual preventive maintenance
- Elite: Comprehensive support with all Advanced services plus next business day onsite services, monthly preventive maintenance, and advanced deployment options
- Essential: Bundled with Rentalworks Leased Devices
- Advanced: RM 10 per device per month
- Elite: RM 40 per device per month (Minimum 30 devices required to qualify)
All Rentalworks leased devices come bundled with the Tech Support Hub services, ensuring you have access to our support without any additional cost.
